Detection and Notifications

Configure incident sensitivity and browser notification preferences.

Detection controls how readily Marcenta creates incidents from connected data. Notification preferences determine which selected product updates are enabled in the current browser.

Detection sensitivity

Open Settings → Detection. A source appears after it has been connected.

LevelExpected behavior
LowFewer incidents, with attention concentrated on larger deviations
MediumBalanced default behavior
HighGreater sensitivity to smaller movements and potentially more incidents

Save the desired level for each source. The change affects future detection and does not reclassify historical incidents.

Sensitivity is not a measure of incident importance. Continue to use severity and business context when triaging the incident list.

Product notification preferences

Open Settings → Notifications to configure the visible product preferences, including high-severity escalation, AI-monitoring resolution when enabled, data-sync failure, and weekly summary digest.

These toggles are currently saved in the browser you are using. They do not act as centrally enforced workspace preferences and may need to be set again in another browser or after local browser data is cleared.

Troubleshooting
