No. Marcenta is designed specifically so marketing teams can onboard and operate it independently. There is no SQL, no data modelling, and no engineering setup required. Which integrations are available?+

How does the AI investigation work?+

When Marcenta detects an anomaly, the AI automatically pulls breakdowns across channels, segments, and time periods. It cross-references correlated metrics, checks 90 days of historical context, and generates a structured analysis: what happened, why it likely happened, and what to do next. For low and medium severity flags, the AI monitors and updates the investigation autonomously. High severity flags are escalated to your team — with the full investigation already done.

Is Marcenta only for enterprise teams?+

No. Marcenta is built for B2B SaaS marketing teams of all sizes. We are currently in private beta with a small number of demand gen teams. Pricing is designed to be accessible from the early stages — you do not need a large data infrastructure or a dedicated analytics team to get value.

How is our marketing data handled?+

Marcenta ingests marketing performance metrics — numbers and aggregates — not personally identifiable information about your customers or prospects. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
