How data moves through Marcenta
- A workspace user authorizes a provider or installs the website script.
- Marcenta imports the selected source data.
- Reports and operational views become available as the import completes.
- Marketing Monitoring, SDR Call Intelligence, routing, agent workflows, and other downstream processing run separately where configured.
Authorization can finish before historical data or downstream analysis is complete. Use the connection status and the destination feature's own processing status to distinguish those stages.
Documentation scope
These pages describe supported customer-facing behavior in the current product. Provider permissions, available fields, plan entitlements, and enabled features can vary by workspace and provider account. Internal endpoints, infrastructure, security controls, and unreleased implementation details are intentionally excluded.
Protect credentials
Never paste passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, calendar invitation links, Slack webhook URLs, or customer datasets into documentation or support messages. Share only the visible error and non-sensitive context needed to investigate it.
