Account and Workspace Setup

Sign in, manage your profile, join a workspace, reset your password, and understand workspace roles.

Sign in and password recovery

Sign in at app.marcenta.ai/sign-in. Use Forgot password if you cannot access your account. Open the reset link from the same email account and choose a password of at least eight characters.

If an invitation was sent to a different address, ask the workspace administrator to revoke it and send a new invitation to the correct address.

Profile and workspace settings

Open Settings → Workspace to manage:

  • your display name;
  • the workspace name, when permitted;
  • your password; and
  • workspace deletion, for the workspace owner.

The account email is displayed but is not editable on this page. Workspace deletion requires the exact workspace slug and a second confirmation. It is permanent and should be used only after required data and configuration have been retained elsewhere.

Workspace access types

AccessCustomer-visible behavior
OwnerFull workspace administration, including role changes and permanent workspace deletion
AdminCan invite users and administer supported workspace settings; cannot perform owner-only actions
MemberCan use the workspace features available to the workspace and their account
Routing onlyCan receive routed meetings and connect a calendar but cannot sign in to the application

Owners can change another active app user's role. A user cannot change their own role, and the final workspace owner cannot be demoted. Removing access or changing roles can affect assignments, task ownership, routing, calendars, and workflow reviews.

Invitations

Owners and administrators can add one user at a time or import users from CSV under Settings → Users. App users receive an invitation to sign up; routing-only seats are created without app access.

Pending invitations can be resent or revoked. If the email already belongs to an active workspace member, Marcenta does not create a duplicate membership.

Workspace boundaries

Connections, reports, incidents, tasks, artifacts, routing settings, AI usage, and billing belong to the selected workspace. Always confirm the workspace name and address before authorizing a provider or changing shared settings.

See Workspace users and calendars for invitation, CSV import, role, routing-seat, and calendar procedures.
