What is Marcenta?
Understand how Marcenta's agentic marketing automation platform connects data, detects changes, supports analysis, and executes operational workflows.
Marcenta is an agentic marketing automation platform for B2B marketing and revenue teams. It combines connected data, monitoring, analysis, sales-call review, website lead routing, and automation so teams can investigate a change and continue into action without moving between disconnected tools.
Marcenta's agents can use connected business context to perform defined marketing work, while workflows coordinate repeatable steps, approvals, and outputs. Teams remain in control of what runs, which data is available, and where human review is required.
Core capabilities
- Connect data: authorize advertising, analytics, CRM, search, and call systems.
- Monitor performance: detect regressions and improvement opportunities in supported source metrics.
- Analyze: build saved reports, charts, funnels, formulas, comparisons, and account-level views.
- Review revenue activity: inspect calls, transcripts, outcomes, discovery coverage, coaching signals, and manager-review queues.
- Route and book: evaluate website submissions, choose a routing outcome, show calendar availability, and record booked meetings.
- Execute: create tasks manually or from incidents and workflows, run agents, request human approval, and retain outputs as artifacts.
Supported connections
Marcenta currently exposes working setup for:
- Google Ads;
- Google Analytics 4;
- Google Search Console;
- LinkedIn Ads;
- HubSpot;
- Salesforce; and
- Apollo.
Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and Pipedrive appear as coming-soon integrations and cannot currently be connected.
Important concepts
| Concept | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Workspace | The organization boundary for users, connections, reports, settings, and usage |
| Connection | An authorized provider account, property, portal, or API-key integration |
| Sync | An import that refreshes source data in Marcenta |
| Incident | A detected regression or improvement opportunity that can be investigated and assigned |
| Artifact | A retained output produced by an agent or workflow |
| Routing group | A set of eligible meeting recipients with an assignment strategy |
| Routing-only seat | A person who can receive routed meetings without access to the Marcenta application |
Data freshness and processing
Connecting a source does not make every result immediate. Initial history, provider pagination, recording retrieval, transcription, detector runs, and AI analysis are independent stages. A connection can be healthy while a downstream view is still processing newly imported data.
For current data:
- confirm that the connection is Connected rather than Needs attention;
- review the last successful sync on its management page;
- run Sync Now if an immediate refresh is appropriate; and
- check the downstream feature for its own waiting, processing, completed, or failed state.
Access and plans
Every app user belongs to a workspace. Actions depend on workspace role, provider permissions, plan entitlements, connector limits, AI-credit availability, and any workspace-specific feature override. Routing-only seats are represented in routing and calendar administration but do not sign in to the app.
