# Billing and Plans

> Compare plans, monitor LLM credits, and manage the workspace subscription.

Open **Billing** from the user menu to review the active subscription and **LLM Usage**. Values displayed in the product and checkout are authoritative for the current workspace.

## Plan summary [#plan-summary]

Taxes, currency, promotions, trials, contract terms, and organization-specific arrangements can affect the final amount. A workspace override can change connection or feature access without changing the displayed plan name.

## Subscription tab [#subscription-tab]

The Subscription view can show:

* plan and billing provider;
* subscription status;
* current billing-period dates;
* trial dates;
* scheduled cancellation state; and
* actions to manage or change the subscription.

Use **Manage subscription** to open the provider's customer portal for available payment and cancellation controls. Use **Upgrade now** or **Change plan** to open the available checkout flow.

## LLM Usage [#llm-usage]

The LLM Usage view shows consumed credits, remaining allowance, overage state where applicable, daily usage trends, and usage by action type. Use action details to identify which product activities are consuming the most credits.

Credits reset at the applicable billing-period boundary shown for the workspace. A source-data sync and an LLM-powered analysis are different operations; not every import action consumes the same credit amount.

## Trials, failures, and cancellation [#trials-failures-and-cancellation]

During a trial, review its displayed end date and the subscription state that will follow. A failed payment can place the subscription in a hold or failed state; use the management portal to correct payment details.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period when shown as scheduled. After entitlement changes, features or limits can return to the applicable baseline. Review active connections, workflows, agents, and artifacts before the effective date.

## Before changing plan [#before-changing-plan]

1. Review active connection count.
2. Check current and projected LLM usage.
3. Identify workflows, agents, or artifacts dependent on the current entitlement.
4. Confirm price, tax, currency, trial, and renewal terms in checkout.
5. Save any records your organization must retain.
